Welcome to the Greenerways Organic® Bug Repellent, Bug Spray website (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Greenerways Organic LLC (“Greenerways Organic®”, “we” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any content, functionality, products or services offered on or through the Site, whether as a guest or a registered user.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound contractually by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.
Use of Site
Eligibility: This Site is intended for use only by individuals aged 18 years or older. Any access to or use of the Site by anyone under 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms. By accessing or using the Site you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
Account Registration: Some features or services offered on or through the Site may require you to register an account. When you register an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself. You are solely responsible for activity that occurs on your account, including any content you publish or that is published by others using your account. You must keep your account password secure. You must notify Greenerways Organic® immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Site Content: All content, materials, information, software, products and services provided on the Site (collectively, “Content”) is owned by or licensed to Greenerways Organic®. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws. You must not copy, download, distribute, modify, reproduce, republish, frame, publicly display, create derivative works based on, sublicense, transfer or otherwise use any Content except as expressly authorized by Greenerways Organic® or the applicable Content provider.
Using the Site does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Site or the Content. Do not delete, change or obscure any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property notices displayed on the Site.
User Content: Users may have the ability to contribute content to public areas of the Site (“User Content”). User Content must comply with the Content guidelines described below. You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting or sharing User Content, you grant Greenerways Organic® a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, prepare derivative works based on, display, perform and publish the User Content in connection with operating and providing the Site and related services, including promoting the Site and its services anywhere Greenerways Organic® does business.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the User Content you provide and that such User Content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights of any third party. Greenerways Organic® reserves the right to terminate accounts, edit or remove User Content in whole or in part at any time without notice.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Site or any Content: (a) in violation of any applicable law, regulation or ordinance; (b) to impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your identity or qualifications; (c) to engage in spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, dmca or scraping; (d) to disseminate, distribute or submit malware, viruses, trojan horses, defects, any other malicious, corrupted or harmful code or item; (e) in any manner that interferes with any third party’s ability to use or enjoy the Site; or (f) to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Site. You may use the Site only for their intended purposes. Automated queries (including screen and database scraping, spiders, robots, crawlers and any other automated activity with the purpose of obtaining data) are prohibited on the Site unless you have received express written permission from Greenerways Organic®.
Reliance on Information: Opinions, advice, statements or other information made available by third parties on the Site are those of their respective authors and not necessarily endorsed by Greenerways Organic®. Greenerways Organic® does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability or suitability of any Content, and Greenerways Organic® specifically disclaims any responsibility or liability for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the Content provided on the Site. You understand and agree that you access and use the Site and Content at your own risk.
Online Store
Placing Orders: Greenerways Organic® allows you to purchase products directly through the Store section of the Site (“Store”). By placing an order in the Store, you represent that you are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the products you order. All orders are subject to acceptance by Greenerways Organic®. Greenerways Organic® reserves the right to reject any order for any reason.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase which is considered accepted only when we ship the products or provide you with an Order Confirmation. At that point, your purchase becomes a binding contract between you and Greenerways Organic® under these Terms.
Product Pricing: The prices displayed on the Store include VAT or other sales taxes where applicable. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced; we verify pricing when processing your order. If we have made a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it. We reserve the right to refuse orders where pricing errors are obvious and unreasonably large.
Shipping and Delivery: We aim to ship all in-stock products within 3 business days after you place an order. Shipping times displayed on the Site only count shipping days and do not include order processing time. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed based on your shipping location at checkout. All shipments are handled by third party shipping providers; tracking information will be provided after your order ships.
Inventory: While we make every effort to ensure the Site is updated, we cannot guarantee product availability or inventory. In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price or inventory is depleted, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you any payments already made for that item.
Returns: If you are not fully satisfied with a product you have purchased on our Site, you may return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, products must be in original condition with tags still attached and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized products are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and specify which item(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

User Content
Content Guidelines: In using or posting User Content, you agree not to:
- Post illegal, obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, privacy-violating, abusive, inflammatory or spam content
- Post sales solicitations or promotions for commercial purposes or contests
- Impersonate someone else or provide inaccurate biographical information
- Post personal information about yourself or any third party without consent
- Post content containing viruses or other harmful code
Greenerways Organic® reserves the right to remove or edit User Content that violates these guidelines or is otherwise objectionable. User Content is not endorsed by Greenerways Organic® and does not represent our views.
Monitoring: Greenerways Organic® does not control, verify or endorse User Content, and you understand that by accessing the Site you may be exposed to content that is offensive. Greenerways Organic® is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency or any other aspect of User Content. Ownership: By posting User Content, you affirm that you have the rights and authority to freely share such content. You will retain ownership of your User Content even if your account or these Terms are terminated or expire. However, by sharing User Content, you grant Greenerways Organic® and other Site users an irrevocable license to access, store, adapt, display, publish, distribute and create derivative works from that User Content in connection with operating and providing the Site and related services.
Feedback: If you submit feedback, ideas or suggestions regarding the Site (“Feedback”), you agree that such Feedback is provided voluntarily and that Greenerways Organic® may use that Feedback without restriction or payment for any purpose, including developing and marketing products and services.
Copyright Complaints
Greenerways Organic® respects intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyright is being infringed by a user of the Site, please submit a written notice to [email protected] containing the following information:
